Peachcake, 'Souls Have No Drum Machine' -- Video Premiere

There's a lot to be down about these days, but indie-pop duo Peachcake is determined to lift the world's spirits, one city at a time. The group's quest for global cheer-ification begins on the streets of Los Angeles.

Vocalist Stefan Pruett tells Spinner, "The video captures Peachcake's pursuit to bring forth free art to the citizens of Los Angeles (and soon the entire earth) in hopes that it will inherently lift spirits, liven hearts, and revive exuberance in their daily quests and trajectory! Greatness abound, from the weirdos of the Planet Awesome."

See it all unfold in the 'Souls Have No Drum Machine' video premiere.

Tokyo Police Club, 'Your English Is Good' -- Video Premiere

Tokyo Police Club's exuberant indie-pop has a knack for making people feel young, and their new video for 'Your English Is Good' continues the trend. Rachael Yamagata, 'Sunday Afternoon' -- Video Premiere

While we love offering up little descriptors for our fine readers, singer-songwriter Rachael Yamagata gave us a perfectly poetic snapshot of her latest video, shot in Woodstock and directed by Braden King. "I've always loved the fall, and the rich colors of the changing leaves and chill in the air of coming winter always makes me a little nostalgic and a little sad," she says. "For me, our journeys through the back roads, hike to the burned down Overlook hotel (not the same one as in 'The Shining') and time spent in my loft are a pretty accurate account of what I do when I'm lost in thought and return to this area. It's an inspiring place for me, and somehow loneliness becomes magical there. Please enjoy 'Sunday Afternoon.'"

Justice Capture the 'Universe' on DVD - Video Exclusive

After a series of sold-out tours, Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay -- aka Justice -- are releasing the mayhem on DVD. The film, titled 'A Cross the Universe' (get it?), documents the duo's recent global trek, and hits proverbial shelves on Dec. 9. That might explain the non-stop rave next door. Check out an exclusive clip below.

The Smashing Pumpkins, '99 Floors' -- Video Exclusive

To celebrate their 20th anniversary, the Smashing Pumpkins will release 'If All Goes Wrong,' a double-DVD set documenting the band's comeback residency during the summer of 2007. The first disc follows the newly-reunited Pumpkins throughout their 19-show run, while the second disc garners live performances from their sold-out shows at San Francisco's Fillmore.

"The general idea of doing the residencies for us was to create an artistic opportunity," frontman Billy Corgan told Spinner at the band's 2007 Sessions. "By being in the same bed every night, but yet being in the same community, it affords the opportunity to see the band really have their teeth sunk into a certain energy and vibe. As the old music business systems break down, a residency will create a sense of a moment in time that general touring no longer can."

'If All Goes Wrong' isn't out until November 11, but you can check out an exclusive studio performance of the unreleased track '99 Floors' here. Buy the DVD on Amazon.

The Streets, 'Heaven for the Weather' -- New Video

Brit rapper Mike Skinner plays the role of motivational speaker in the video for the latest Streets single, 'Heaven for the Weather,' off of the album 'Everything is Borrowed.' "This video was an immensely empowering video to make," Skinner tells Spinner. "I made many discoveries on this journey, and in watching it, I hope you will too. Observing my simple 9-step program, you will notice a big change in your lifestyle. You will feel empowered to achieve things in both the personal and workplace realm. Go low with Mike Skinner." Um, sure. Check out the new video below.

Matisyahu, 'Redemption Song' -- Video Exclusive

Reggae artist Matisyahu joins Moby, Natasha Bedingfield, Cold War Kids, Imogen Heap, Talib Kweli and others for the new documentary, 'Call + Response.' The film, directed by Justin Dillon, focuses on the unsettling truth that there are more than 27 million people enslaved in the world today. A combination of celebrity interviews and artist performances, the "rockumentary" features Matisyahu covering a classic song from his idol, Bob Marley.

"When I was around 14 years old, someone introduced me to Bob Marley," Matisyahu said at his 2006 Sessions. "That's what really turned me on to reggae music. For the first two or three years, I didn't know that there was another band or performer besides Bob Marley. Listening to those lyrics and songs had a big influence on me, and I just connected to it. His music was universal."

Chris Cornell, 'Ground Zero' -- New Video

Veteran rocker Chris Cornell is on the run in his latest video, playing a shady neighborhood troublemaker with an officer hot on his tail. Jason O'Mara reprises his role as Sam Tyler from the ABC series 'Life on Mars,' chasing Cornell through the streets as Timbaland's driving dance beat keeps things moving. Check out the video, as well as an exclusive glimpse of Cornell behind the scenes.
